Very bad pain day...

Today is a Very bad pain day...It feels as though ever single cell in my body is screaming out today and not much is helping to ease the fiery darts that are attacking me everywhere. The air seems heavy outside and when I take my boys out to take care of their *business* the air snatches my breath away. I am needing my inhaler more and having to use the nebulizer as well. I am not too thrilled with this...
The heat feels wonderful yet only for a moment or two then it becomes unbearable. This is August in the sunshine state....It was much hotter earlier in the day. This is where the temps are at now.

Humidity:70 %
Wind Speed:SW 7 MPH
Barometer:29.89" (1011.9 mb)
Dewpoint:75 °F (24 °C)
Heat Index:95 °F (35 °C)
Visibility:10.00 mi.

My hands ache so much more today than they have in the last couple weeks. I would say the pain is easily near a level 8 on the high side. They also feel incredibly tight and swollen - they do appear to be slightly swollen, something that is new with me and the Fibro. I will be sure and share this with my Doc next appointment.

Take care of yourselves and thanks for stopping by! I will write more in a day or two when my hands don't hurt so much.
Peace,
Elizabeth
