The pain level remains on the higher side with my hands. I did get the opportunity to try out the Paraffin Wax Spa last week and it was a touch of heaven for my hands! I need to locate more of the paraffin wax for my spa and the special hand mits to wear after. Awesome difference....
Between the storms and the extreme heat my body never seems to have long enough to settle into a place of comfort. I long for the fall to arrive.
Something to share with my rheumatologist next visit is that my hands actually did become swollen which is something we are keeping an eye out on. They always feel like they are swollen, tight and often hurt when I attempt to close hands into fist formation. So this is a first.
