Paraffin Wax Spa and pain

Wow It has been a couple weeks since I last posted and I apologize friends. Things have been so crazy busy and I was on a roller coaster of emotions as well. I have been Miss - sleeps - a - lot and finally have come out of the hibernation phase, a few months late this year...lol!


I do need to visit my wonderful chiropractor for an adjustment as my back, neck and hip are screaming for one. I have not been to see Dr. Heather in a few months.


Pain is on a level 6 today all over not including my hands which ache almost constantly. I am not surprised since we are in our rainy season and this usually intensifies my pain level. I have a HOMEDICS Paraffin Wax Spa and plan on using that in the next couple days. I will let y'all know how that goes. I am praying it will ease the pain in my hands. I came across mine in the local thrift store for ten bucks! 


Have any of you used one of these Paraffin Wax Spas  and if you have, did they help your hands? I would love to hear your comments on the Wax Spa and what it did or didn't do for you.
