Knowledge Is Power! Take that knowledge and apply it to a healthier lifestyle~One that is best for You!
Tweak it from time to time as we know our symptoms will invariably change on us each day lol.

Ok, Way past my bedtime. After tomorrow I start a routine, nightly at least and stick to it to hopefully promote better sleeping. Anything is better than the kitty snoozes I am managing to get in now with multiple awakenings through the night.
