Very long day

The last few days have been difficult ones with walking in regards to my pain level. The pain is literally everywhere. When I first attempt to rise from my seated position I feel as though someone rams a hot spear into my right hip and I have need there is the balancing act as I reach for something to hold onto so I do not fall. I have a walking stick aka a cane and I will utilize that when necessary. I do not like to have to need it around the trailer.

My knuckles are in Constant pain and heaven forbid I should ever connect them lightly upon a hard surface. I end up on the ceiling with the pain. Nothing takes that pain away.
My hands are not as *tight* as they had been these last few days and I can almost close them now yet they still ache badly.

Time to make an appointment with my Chiro.  The back is screaming again.
