So much pain...

Pain wracked my body for years. Muscles and joints from head to toe and beyond screamed for mercy like a five alarm fire  yet I was freezing to death. Such a contradiction in terms.
My joints, especially my right hip, felt like like a sharpened spear was repeatedly being jammed into them.  The pain in my hands was to the point where I was unable to hold a child's tiny reader book with out being in tears and it falling out of my hands.

Nights were filled with me wearing sweat suits to bed, winter gloves (military kind), an electrical blanket, Plus a couple more blankets, the heat on and I was STILL FREEZING!!!

Now this is me, a woman who is already in active menopause and never can get Cool enough!

Now I feel like I Am at the North Pole unprotected.

I was born in the south but raised up in New England.  "So cold to the bone I couldn't get warm." That is how I was for the longest time. Winter seasons are The Worst for me. Summer is hard in other ways now b/c of breathing. I now have been diagnosed with Asthma after being borderline for years.
If you have read this far I thank you for stopping by. Come on back and I promise you there will be more  to read.

Walk in peace and balance
Elizabeth
