In the winter season I am like a bear in hibernation. With the increase pain level and my sleep patter I sleep so much more. When Spring rolls around my chemistry usually levels out some and my sleeping pattern is usually better, not good but better.
The sleep issues are both frustrating and a challenge because I have Bi Polar2 as a diagnosis along with my Fibromyalgia.
There are a couple nights during each month that sleep is just not going to happen and I know can count on that like clockwork. I Know this is related to my Bi Polar diagnosis.
I wish we had a local studio with a Sensei ( great master) as I would be there in a heartbeat for Tai Chi. It is relaxing and helped me with sleep years ago.
That is on my short term goal list. If there is no local class then I will locate a good dvd to bring home and begin doing Tai Chi in my living room. Than take it to the outdoors when it is not too hot.
I hear my pillow calling me. Good night friends!
Peace,
Elizabeth
